- Cabrera's Sign: notching 0.04 s in the ascending limb of the S wave of leads V3, V4, or V5(old MI in paced) -- see below ECG
- Chapman's Sign: Notching of the upstroke of the R wave in I, aVL, or V6 (old MI in paced)
